Naww~ Thats kinda sad...but cute. 
This is pretty nicely done. The pencil tone shows a good sense of the mood being sad and lonely.
The texture is awesome. Esspecially on the tail. It makes it look more rough and scruffy.
It's also pretty cool how you've shown her as skinny with the bone outline on her legs ect...
I'd hug..But Those claws look a little...sharp.
